Nestled amongst the Mount Coot-Tha trails, and surrounded by rolling hills filled with natures sounds and smells, we are perfectly positioned for a variety of outdoor activities including mountain biking, trail running, horse riding and hiking. We are also home to the popular Three Fingers road bike route. Developing a stronger, flexible and functionally fitter version of you in these surrounds is as good as it gets in Brisbane.

Become the best version of yourself. Functional fitness classes focus on building a stronger, more flexible and functionally fitter you with a larger emphasis on optimal body movement. Expect to combine body weight movements with cross functional equipment at variable intensity levels. We ensure that your workout is enjoyable and challenging. The results will follow.
Reclaim the movement and mobility you were born with. Increased flexibility, combined with strength and motor control at your end ranges of motion will encourage good movement patterns, which can improve performance and reduce aches and pains. In the yoga sessions taught by the Movement Vitality team, expect stretching with safe and intelligent alignment, breathing techniques to settle the nervous system, and the use of mobility tools such as myofascial release therapy balls and mobility sticks.
