Introducing Brisbane’s newest purpose built OUTDOOR movement, strength and conditioning home. Brookfield is home to a sporty and health conscious community who value an outdoor lifestyle. We work hard, are disciplined and we want our children to follow our example.

Nestled amongst the Mount Coot-Tha trails, and surrounded by rolling hills filled with natures sounds and smells, we are perfectly positioned for a variety of outdoor activities including mountain biking, trail running, horse riding and hiking. We are also home to the popular Three Fingers road bike route. Developing a stronger, flexible and functionally fitter version of you in these surrounds is as good as it gets in Brisbane.

Who we are

Our programs and our community is not about fads, quick fixes and gimmicks. We are light hearted and hard working. We value being outdoors and being active. Our children do. We try and keep things real and understated. We want to be fit, strong and flexible. Our children need us to be as well. We get that its hard, we get that staying with it often takes a nudge from your family or a call from a friend. We’ll stay tight and keep it loose.

Your fitness need not be a seasonal hobby. It can and should be part of your life and your lifestyle. Do it for yourself, do it for your children, do it to feel amazing

Group Classes

Become the best version of yourself.  Functional fitness classes focus on building a stronger, more flexible and functionally fitter you with a larger emphasis on optimal body movement. Expect to combine body weight movements with cross functional equipment at variable intensity levels. We ensure that your workout is enjoyable and challenging.  The results will follow.

Yoga

Reclaim the movement and mobility you were born with.  Increased flexibility, combined with strength and motor control at your end ranges of motion will encourage good movement patterns, which can improve performance and reduce aches and pains. In the yoga sessions taught by the Movement Vitality team, expect stretching with safe and intelligent alignment, breathing techniques to settle the nervous system, and the use of mobility tools such as myofascial release therapy balls and mobility sticks.

Kids Program

All classes are age appropriate and grouped accordingly

Kids Dance Workout - Jazz infused hip hop. Great workout to music while learning steps and basic choreography

Kids Boxing Workout - age appropriate groupings using sparring gloves and pads, learn the basics while developing footwork and building your upper body.

Kids Soccer Skills - Prep to year 2 introduction to the basics of the world game. Including kicking, passing, dribbling, goalkeeping, movement into space, team work and games.
